My Ipad Pro Wont Charge To 100. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. No battery charge and no charging.
If I use my iPad on battery down below 50 then it seems to charge full to 100 again. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let your iPad charge for another half hour.

If your battery does not show full charge or the iPad stop charging at some level below 100 and you are using the wall outlet charger. Dont try to charge your iPad by connecting it to your keyboard unless your keyboard has a high-power USB port. No battery charge and no charging.
